events allegedly occurring at a Wichita motel on October 17,
1968, the nine persons who are appellees herein were charged with
various criminal offenses. After preliminary hearing they were
bound over for trial to the district court of Sedgwick county
upon several charges. The record is indefinite as to exactly what
